Section 30206 of title II amends directly the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 and section 314 of the Congressional Budget Act of 1974. Sections 30201 through 30205 of Title II have been omitted. Included here are GPO Links:

Section 30203. Extension of certain immigration fees
Section 30204. Strategic Petroleum Reserve drawdown.
