Budget Act
The term Budget Act is a commonly used colloquialism for the Congressional Budget Act of 1974, which is the first nine titles of the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974. In ordinary usage, the tenth title of that Act is termed “The Impoundment Control Act” or more simply, the “Impoundment Act”.
