       TITLE III—REVIEW OF FEDERAL MANDATES
SEC. 306. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.[1] 

There are authorized to be appropriated to the Advisory Commission to carry out section 301 and section 302, $500,000 for each of fiscal years 1995 and 1996.[2]

[1] This section is not classified to the U.S. Code as a section but is set out in a Note at 2 U.S.C. 1556. 

[2] Funds were appropriated for the Advisory Commission on Intergovernmental Relations in the Treasury, Postal Services and General Government Appropriations Act of 1996 (Public Law 104-52; 109 Stat. 468). For the fiscal year ending September 30, 1996, $784,000 was appropriated, “of which $450,000 shall be available only for the purposes of the prompt and orderly termination of the Advisory Commission on Intergovernmental Relations.”
