SEC.224.CHANGES IN FUNCTIONAL CATEGORIES.

Section 1104(c) of title 31, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new sentence: “Committees of the House of Representatives and Senate shall receive prompt notification of all such changes.”.

Section 1104(c), amended by this section, has not been amended since the enactment of BBEDCA. Changes have been made to functional categories at a congressional level, for purposes of the Concurrent Resolution on the Budget. Section 1104 currently reads as follows:
