Feeder Account
Summary
A feeder account is a term used by executive branch agencies and, more importantly, by the Government Accountability Office to refer to certain appropriation and revolving fund accounts whose resources are available only for transfer to other specified appropriation or revolving fund accounts. The GAO definition is authoritative, though relatively brief.
