Summary
The OMB Circular A-11 is a United States government document issued by the Office of Management and Budget in the form of a “circular” that provide information related to the budget preparation of the various budgets of agencies of the Federal Government. It is the primary document instructing these agencies in the methods of budget preparation and submission for review and approval. The circular is revised and reissued periodically.
