Budget Receipts
The term budget receipts is a commonly used term for the general concept of “receipts” which are collected by the government and may come from variety of sources and methods of collection. Common forms of such are “governmental receipts” (commonly termed “revenue”), offsetting receipts, and offsetting collections.
