Summary

The Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018 has multiple parts, encompassing Divisions A through G. A number of these divisions have direct relevance to budget process matters, though it’s a mixed bill, including an extension of continuing appropriations through March 23, 2018, and other provisions related to spending and revenue. In particular Division D has numerous tax provisions and Division F applies to farm programs.
