[1] Omitted: This section amended the table of contents in section 1(b) of the Congressional Budget Act of 1974 for title III of that Act. This table of contents has been amended since that time, in particular with the additions of sections 312, 313, 314, and 315.

The Joint Explanatory Statement of the Managers of Conference on the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 included this description:

Section 231. Table of Contents

This section of the conference agreement conforms the table of contents with respect to title III of the Congressional Budget Act with prior changes made by the conference agreement.
